Hiring process was straight forward. 3 interviews following your internship as well as a presentation on work completed. Mainly behavioral, they wanted to see that you could contribute something to the company.

Went to an on-campus career fair/showcase and talked to the recruiters at the GE booth. Gave them a resume. Few hours later received an invitation to a dinner with the FMPs and other candidates (approx. 20 candidates). Received another phone call after dinner and was invited for an interview the next morning. Went through the first interview, all behavioral questions with one interviewer (answered them in S.T.A.R. format). Phone call 1 week later, invited to a second round interview. Scheduled it for two month later. Second round interview: 1st day dinner with FMPs (very casual). 2nd day: a couple presentations about the company (specifically GE Energy for me), meet and greet with a few older executives and handful of FMPs, two 1-on-1 interviews (mostly behavioral, a couple questions about the company). Received an email (the same day of the interviews) after I landed back at my home airport with my offer into the program.
