Met the guy at UF career showcase. Had an interview the next day and apparently that would be the last step of the process. It was fairly easy and he just asked personality questions

Easy interview, straightforward questions. Not many technical questions if you are a rising sophomore, questions based more on your character, work ethic and personality. Interview conducted at a student work networking conference.

Entretien
The process consists of one interview, where the interviewer prompts both behavioral (case scenarios) and fundamental technical questions of gas turbines and engineering in general. You interview with a recruiting agent, not the manager of your rotation.

I applied through school website and they contacted me through the phone, asked me for my transcript, and then the recruiter arranged me in a Skype virtual interview with the engineering interview team.
