Ive had my interview with my "to-be" teamleader, they had a couple of questions regarding the role, what I know about GE, if I have any relevant experience etc. Altogether they were friendly, and had no intention to make me "fail" the interview, they only want to know if you got what it takes, and if you do, the interview is just a small talk with your next team leader.

Do you have any relevant experience, and what is the level you speak the needed language for the given role?
Someone screened the resumes and then reached out if they were interested in interviewing you. The first interview was a phone interview. If you pass that, then the next interview would be in person.

Entretien
First video interview directly with Hiring Manager about previous roles and experiences. What type of risks and responsibilities were involved in my last job. Very easygoing and conversational. The meeting was scheduled for an hour but the interview lasted only 45 minutes.

hr interview and manager interview, ask you a few questions. and 1 weeks later, hr contacted you about the salary. very easy, and managers are nice. the process is smooth.
