Took me 3 months to get the 1st round interview on the phone. Was sent an email saying I had advanced to the second round and was flown out to Milwaukee for the final round. There i had 3 interviews (1 - 2 on 1 and 2- 1 on 1s) with HR and Finance Execs.
Basic interview process. Questions they asked: 1) tell me about yourself; 2) what are your strengths; 3) what are your weaknesses; 4) case-related questions that challenge your thought process. The interviewers were enthusiastic.

Phone screening by HR TA followed by assessment center (consisting of short accounting quiz, case study&group presentation & panel interview with HR & Finance managers) ending with a panel CFO case study presentation

Multiple rounds of interviews. Each round consisting of 2-3 30 minute interviews with managerial level employees. They also bring you in for super day which consists of meeting other FMPs and FMP's global leaders.
