I got an online interview for one of my Bluebook application at the EEAS. The interview was very short (only 15 min), and I did not have time to ask questions. The questions were very basic:

What are you hoping to get out of this traineeship?
What do you know about the specific division?

Il colloquio si è svolto telefonicamente. Tre domande: presentazione (educazione, esperienze lavorative), motivazione (perché sei interessata a lavorare in questa unit?), come il profilo si allinea alla posizione, e alla fine hai l'opportunità di porre domande.

very fast, make sure your application has no errors, then you get preselected. For the interview you will either get a phone call or a video call it depends on the the person in charge. My phone call was 10 minutes.
