I applied online in 2012. I was called for a phone interview approximately 1 month after the submission of the application. Then I was called for a second interview in Brussels. There was a 3-people interview panel. The interview was friendly and focused mainly on skills regarding the job.

We started with a short chat, followed by questions on my CV and job-specific qualifications. The main part were topical questions about the job, the policy area and the DG.

Entretien
I interviewed for the European Commission in May 2023, the role was for inter-institutional relations policy officer. I sent my application (CV and Cover Letter) in March 2023, they took two months to answer.
