A written test (translation from English into my mother tongue with the use of dictionaries, on a piece of paper - no laptop or tecnology allowed), followed by an interview by a panel of four people (one of which remote).

The interview process was not complicated, very easy questions, nothing to be afraid of. I've liked the fact that it was very informal and friendly. It didn't take long, just around 10 minutes.
