Had 4 steps to the recruitment process. 1st- with HR rep, 2nd- writing test, 3- interview with management, 4- presentation (on a year's worth of strategy and campaign for a brief they give you). You would think that after all that work and effort they would have the respect to let the candidate know if they didn't pass.
I thought it went well because the interactions were nice. But they completely ghosted me, and 4 months later I sent an email to follow up and my email didn't go through because apparently it's "blocked" by the receiver. Very unexpected from a global company. Goes to show that they don't have enough respect for people.
