I first did a 1-hour written test, mainly on Chinese-English translation, composition of social media postings and PR events planning ideas. After the test, I was interviewed by 2 account executives from Brand Team. They were both very nice and just wanted to know my motivations for the job etc. She also explained the job content briefly and asked whether it was in my expectations.
