The process is good although there are many interviews. It happens quickly and there's no waiting or continuously following up for feedback. TA Partner keeps you updated. Overall the process itself if one of the better ones

The Interview was spread in 3 rounds. First I met with HR Head who very thoroughly explained about the role and responsibilities. It went on for 1 hour. ThenI met with South Asia, Mid atlantic and Africa Head and then I met the Practice Lead for South Asia, Mid atlantic and Africa..

Very deep questioning like How am I adding the competitive advantage to my role. If I have studied the trend in PR & Marketing Industry etc.
I had a chance to meet with two of the recruiters/hiring managers at Edelman in Chicago regarding an HR Manager position. First off, the work environment is impressive...a highrise overlooking Lake Michigan. The employees and interviewers were very friendly and nonthreatening. It seemed like a family-business atmosphere, even though it is a global enterprise.
