I went to a career fair at my school, and had the opportunity to discuss with one of the recruiters. A few weeks later I received an e-mail about being selected for their 1st round of interview. I did not get selected for the second round, but the overall process was great. Be relaxed, and be truthful in your answers. Make sure you know the company, what they are looking for, and the positions that they offer.

excellent and very engaging with the interviewer as I can understand a lot how the firm treats its employees and provides opportunities for intern to explore areas that are most interested for the individuals

How many chairs are available in my univeristy building?
Not bad it was like 3 rounds and it wasn’t very technical there was one case interview and all the interview people were really nice and flexible it was a good interview
round one- with a Senior or a Manager. This involves deep dives into your CV, a technical check on sustainability concepts, and a conversational fit assessment.

The interviewer was friendly and easy to talk to
