I received a call from Ernst & Young two or three weeks after the application deadline. The first interview started with behavioral questions and it took place over the phone from their office which lasted about 30 minutes. I received an e-mail a few days later for second round case interview which lasted for an hour. I received a phone call one week later for verbal offer followed by an e-mail the next day with physical offer.
