It's a 1 technical round, will ask basic audit questions and touch standards on audit , if got selected asks for documents . Overall within 1-2 weeks entire hiring process will complete and release offer letter to accept

2 calls one with manager and then with partner. They went one after the other and before them i had a call with the HR person. I think the process went smooth and had no issues or complaints
EY’s interview process starts with an online application and an initial phone or video screening. This is followed by a recorded video interview with behavioral questions. Final rounds may include technical interviews, case studies, or group exercises, depending on the role. The process ends with an HR interview focused on cultural fit and career goals.
Consists of One-way interview, followed by several assessments and interview rounds with Manager/Senior Managers and Partner. Typically asks both personality-based and technical questions relating to audit procedures and methodologies.
Human interviews were positive, friendly and back and forth.
