I interviewed for the full time position. The whole process took more than a month. In the final round interview I had three rounds. Two of the interviewers are Senior managers, and the third is the partner. All three interviews were pleasant, no harsh or trick questions.

It was a 30 minute behavioural where I was asked basic questions that related to their values. The second round is a case study that relates to human capital/organizational behaviour.
