The interview process at EY typically begins with an initial screening stage where candidates may be asked to complete an online questionnaire. This questionnaire is designed to assess various aspects, including mathematical aptitude and character traits relevant to the role being applied for.
The interview was relatively straight forward and focused on my ability to articulate my skills and experiences as in my CV, aligning my expectations with theirs, and answering my questions on the company culture, job scope etc.
The interview process was lengthy. I completed online assessments before a final video interview, and I went in blind, with no idea what questions might come up. I'd recommend preparing example questions beforehand for the digital interview.
