I underwent five rounds of interviews, including four technical internal rounds and one client round. These interviews spanned over a month. Throughout each round, communication was extremely poor, and I had to continuously follow up to receive feedback. Additionally, they repeatedly requested me to attend further rounds of interviews. Following the fifth round, which was the client round, there was no communication for over 10 days despite my attempts to contact HR via email and phone calls. Eventually, after reaching out through a different number, HR informed me that I had not been shortlisted after the client round. While I understand and accept the outcome, I believe it would have been courteous for them to inform me of the decision through a simple email or phone call. The lack of basic communication from HR at EY after requiring me to go through five rounds of interviews is disappointing and reflects irresponsibility on their part.
