Entretien
First an introduction to the company. Then Interview with HR. Ending with a case interview. Case was about forecasting cost + assessing risks of the plan of launching an electric vehicle taxi company in Stockholm.
A lengthy process with different cases and not much focus on the individual applying. Nice people though and a very transparent process. Driving the conversation is important and try to improve from each interview.

The proces was fragmented, but remember to stay close to the case. "How would you do this if x constraints were in place?"

Entretien
I did few online tests and one case. Quite standard and similar to other consulting interviews. it was overall a positive experience I would say. I did not prepare enough but it was not a difficult case I would say
