First interview was with a peer whose seniority is belo the advertised position. The interviewer was very unprofessional, instead of asking any question that is not on my cv, he basically made me repeat my cv and cover letter, also he was very interested in my salary expectation, which I believe should only be discussed with the recruiter or the hiring manager. So I politely declined him, and I was also declined by him.
