Entretien
A short competency based interview.
I applied online through their website. There were a lot of application questions but the process was very fast. Once the application was submitted, they called the next week to arrange an interview.
The interviewer was friendly, and explained a lot about the role and the company. I was also reassured that as an intern, employees are happy to give guidance. The questions weren't tough, more just to get to know you.

excellent and very engaging with the interviewer as I can understand a lot how the firm treats its employees and provides opportunities for intern to explore areas that are most interested for the individuals

How many chairs are available in my univeristy building?
Not bad it was like 3 rounds and it wasn’t very technical there was one case interview and all the interview people were really nice and flexible it was a good interview
round one- with a Senior or a Manager. This involves deep dives into your CV, a technical check on sustainability concepts, and a conversational fit assessment.
