I applied in university in September. Recruiter sent me an email that I was selected for a super day after a month. First interview with a senior manager. It was very conversational. I only asked 2 basic behavioral questions. Second interview with partner, it was also very conversational. Only going through my resume

Had to prepare a presentation on myself and what industry in Nigeria I think would most benefit from a tech revolution. Then, answered follow-up questions on both the personal and market research portions.

The interview process was smooth. The interviewer was friendly and showed genuine interest in my past experiences and personal interests. Questions covered my extracurricular activities, background, and motivations for applying for the role.
