was time consuming interview process. met many senior partners during the interview process. time taken from first discussion to getting an offer stretched well over 6 months. met people face to face and phone during the interview process.

The process started with a call from the recruiter who did the initial screening for the role. Afterwards there was a automated virtual interview where you had to answer questions recording yourself with a time limit as part of that same step there is a personality test where you have to select among different images.

External Recruiter then internal recruiter. Next phone interview with practice manager with final rounds in NYC for three round interviews one afternoon. The process has been long but may be due to external recruiter and there have been two holidays over that period of time.

Entretien
Talked to lots of partners throughout the firm. Many of the interviews were conducted on the phone as lots of travel is happening at the partner level. Also, people are based out of lots of different offices around the firm. Everyone that I spoke with was very positive about the culture of the firm.
