Interviewed by recruiter. The recruiter approached me on LinkedIn. This was followed by video interview with two hiring managers. All interactions were professional. They all wanted to understand my working style rather than find out what I did not know.

Describe your past experience and interaction style
Excellent. Give enough notice to prepare, provide relevant information, follow up to check if we are still ok. I think they really invest in a person and make sure the journey is as smooth as possible.
Interview process itself was best use of time, productive questions and very considerate making sure I am enjoying the interview. I am really impressed :)

Entretien
2 Phone screens 1 with a potential Team Member and 1 with the Head Recruiter. A Video recorded interview that centered around my knowledge for Microsoft Project. Lastly, a behavioral interview with several EY Associates to explain my experience and communicate how I would handle certain problems and situations within projects.
