Assessment centre which involved:
- 1 hour interview with a manager
- 1 hour case study with a group
- Networking with other applicants and the Campus Recruitment team
- Tour of the office
Interview went for around an hour with two members of the team. It was less structured and more conversational than interviews at other firms. You had to prepare and ask your "better question" at the end and discuss.

The assessment process will begin with a collaborative group task, designed to evaluate teamwork and communication skills, followed by an individual interview to assess personal strengths, insights, and suitability for the role.
