It was lengthy and time consuming but at the same time it wasn't anything extraordinarily hard. there was an aptitude test followed by an interview with your posts head and they asked job related questions.
The interview process generally begins with resume screening, followed by an HR conversation, one or more technical or skill-based interviews, and a final round to evaluate cultural fit, attitude, and long-term suitability for the role.

Entretien
There were 3 telephonic rounds on existing work experience, education, profiles etc. Particularly focused on business research related experience. The rounds were intial screening by HR, PI rounds by Manager and Service Line heads.
