First-round is recorded video interview with five questions focusing on communication skills, teamworking experiences. Second-round is in EY's office involving two behavioral interviews and a case interview, each lasting for 30 minutes.
The interview process was 2 behavioral interviews followed by a case study. In the case study you are provided a case to review for 10-15 minutes and asked follow-up interviews regarding what you read.

Very direct. I got referred so the recruiter contacted me for phone interview for 30ms, and she gave me clear direction in what is require and what are the next step. I applied through campus job board, had an online interview for around 6 questions. They invited me to a social event before the interview day, one behavior with partner and one case study with manager.
