I went through 3 process of application: online apply and submit resume, receive phone call to schedule a call interview with HR dept, call interview with a manager and online assessment on personality test. The whole interview took about 20 minutes via a phone call interview. The questions are quite casual and predictable.

Why choose EY. Why you should be chosen. Do you actively participate in your co-curiculum?
The interview was relatively straight forward and focused on my ability to articulate my skills and experiences as in my CV, aligning my expectations with theirs, and answering my questions on the company culture, job scope etc.
The interview process was lengthy. I completed online assessments before a final video interview, and I went in blind, with no idea what questions might come up. I'd recommend preparing example questions beforehand for the digital interview.

Introduction, two questions about the financial reports, aksed the difference between key financial reports. asked if can handle overtime. Was pretty chill, nothing too difficult, recieved offer about 3 days later.
