Basic questions about past experiences, strengths and weaknesses as well as what I understood of the job requirements. Interviewers were friendly and shared about their experiences as well as various growth opportunities. Definitely a professional yet non-intimidating interview and one can really sense the culture of the firm the moment they enter the reception. :)

Two steps, starting with a written test, continuing to a case presentation interview. The interview mainly discussed the case, followed by questions closer to a behavioral interview. The interview required quick thinking and insight gathering due to short time allowed for case preparation.
The process was relatively straightforward and moved quickly (total time was less than 2 weeks). It consisted of:
(1) Online application - submitting CV, cover letter etc. via the career portal
(2) Online assessment - takes about 1 hour, some quantitative questions, questions about behaviours etc.
(3) Phone call with recruiter
(4) In-person interview - less "formal", more conversational
