Numerical, verbal, and inductive reasoning test before brief phone interview. After that, a halfday assessment center starting with a briefing of EY, their business areas, etc. Then followed a one-on-one interview with a consultant, and then a short case study. The case study was somewhat unconventional as I was left with some information, and 20 minutes alone to prepare a 15 minute presentation. Otherwise, no surprises. Finally, I had to meet with a partner from a preferred business area for interview/conversation to determine personal fit.
