I applied on my college career services website, I got invited on the first campus interview, and I got interviewed by a senior manager and partner. They were actually very nice and just really want to know you personally, I guess I was not just prepared on the interview because that was my first time ever, so I did not get invited to the second interview, but all in all it was a great experience.
