Process begins with online application and submission of required documents including Resume and Academic Transcript. The application also requires online written responses to a series of questions about the organisation, motivations for applying and the division you've selected to apply for. If successful then you're required to perform online aptitude testing for logical, verbal and mathematical abilities. There was also a values test component through the same provider. Subsequently there is an assessment centre portion of the process which includes a group activity and individual interviews with management level staff from the division applied for. The interview was based on behavioural questions and an informal conversation.
