selection is fixed. usually employ only with reference. they just pretend of taking interviews but actually its game of give and take. so not too happy with it. keep that in mind
Not bad it was like 3 rounds and it wasn’t very technical there was one case interview and all the interview people were really nice and flexible it was a good interview
round one- with a Senior or a Manager. This involves deep dives into your CV, a technical check on sustainability concepts, and a conversational fit assessment.
