J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 4 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez EY (Sydney)
Entretien
As an internal applicant already working at EY, I underwent a longer, more tedious process than external candidates would normally undergo (believe it or not). This is because of politics, the difference in work style between TAS and Advisory/Audit and cultural differences.
For internal application, the process is a 5 stage process:
1. Meet one on one
2. Meet with the team leaders (director/partners)
3. Case study test (1.5hrs)
4. Cultural fit interview
5. Partner interview
All stages are equally important - i.e. there have been people who have gotten to stage 5 and fail because the partner didn't think they were right for the role.
TAS do not hire graduates (at least the M&A and management consulting sub-divisions don't) which means their recruitment process is more arduous.
Questions d'entretien [5]
Question 1
What is due diligence? Why do we perform due diligence? What are the key considerations in IT due diligence?
Il s'agit d'un processus de recrutement en trois temps : un entretien avec un manager, un cas pratique relatif au secteur public avec un directeur, puis un entretien avec un associé.

Entretien
Comparatively easier compared to other big 4. Typically a 45 mins interview with focus on technical questions. Interviewer mainly checks your technical knowledge and experience based off your previous projects.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
Tell me about a difficult project and how did you handle it? What was your role?
The interview lasted about an hour and was highly technical, covering topics in depth. The detailed discussion suggests genuine interest in evaluating my skills, experience, problem-solving abilities, and overall fit for the role.
