First was with HR, Senior Manager, then the Partner. First was more about personality, second was more technical, and third was overall questions. They asked questions about Excel the most and felt was the most valuable

Interviews process is simple with background and behavioral questions. 30mins with 3 different people. Going through resume and relevant experience and asking questions about the company at the end. Salary is not discussed.

The interview was done by one partner in the tax department over Microsoft Teams. The partner seemed uninterested in the interview and my experience. They seemed quite dismissive of any outside big four experience.
