First HR interview, via Teams but phone conversation only. Lasted about 30 minutes. HR person was late (6 minutes for a 30-min convo), but it all went well after that. The end was a bit abrupt, he was obviously running out of time, but I didn't even get to ask my questions about the job. I was told he would endorse me for the next round, and he and his colleague would be in touch within 3-4 days. It's been 2 weeks, I sent a thank-you note and a reminder and never got a response, from either of them. Terrible and unprofessional.
