Phone screen with a recruiter, another phone call with someone in customer service, brought in for an in person interview, talked with 4 different people. The entire process for fairly straight forward, not a ton of curveballs or anything like that. The people were friendly but wanted to make sure I was a confident and articulate person who could handle difficult and awkward customer situations.

The interview process for this job consisted of two interviews back to back. Both people who interviewed me were very nice and well informed about the company with nothing but positive things to say.

Entretien
Zoom call with 2 interviewers both working in the position you are interviewing for. Asked to go over your experience and what led you to Draftkings. Next answered questions on experiences of handling certain situations. Ended with questions to ask the interviewers. The next day was emailed an online assessment which simulates how the role is in answering customer emails.

Interview was very simple. Easy questions. However, they didn't let me know dress code and I showed up in a suit and each interviewer was wearing jeans and a sweatshirt.
