Cummins came to my campus and scheduled an on campus interview which was mostly behavioral and lasted for 45 mins. I got a call for another phone interview after 3 weeks which consisted of questions based around solid mechanics. The interviewer asked open ended questions based on failure, fatigue and finite element. I think he wanted to see the approach of solving.
