First interview was on campus with two marketing employees. The second interview was at cummins Power Generation headquarters in Minnesota. Both interviews were easy behavioral questions. I recommend coming in with a lot of questions to ask.

There was a phone interview, then an in person interview . Standard interview questions, They basically just asked me all about the common skills and requirements of the job I was applying. They weren't too difficult and actually left the interview somewhat confident.

Standard interview questions, They basically just asked me all about the common skills and requirements of the job I was applying. They weren't too difficult and actually left the interview somewhat confident.
2 rounds of interview after resume screening: one in person and second through calls. They were nice and friendly, helped you share your experiences in a calm environment, and answered my questions genuinely.

First I talked to a recruiter in the Career fair. A couple of week later I did a behavioral Interview, and then two weeks later I did two situation/behavior interview.
