Single interview with Director level employee.
They were recruiting on campus. Very simple process. The interviewer asked questions that were geared towards finding a fit in their company culture. They are looking for good people, with great communication skills. Very traditional interview, with easy questions, and very laid back. If you want to know what the culture is like, you will find out exactly how it is in the interview! Research their values, the position, and make sure that you prepare. It took over a month to hear back. I told them I had a competing offer, and they said they would expedite the process. didn't happen. I declined the competing offer, because the deadline passed. Thank god Cummins finally said they wanted me!

Entretien
2 step process. One interview was behavioral other was technical. Everyone was very helpful and was very willing to explain and explore their careers. Also explained how you can move up in ranks within the company.

A phone interview was conducted after I received an invitation for an interview. I think the interview question is not hard, HR just want to know your personality and dose your value is matched with Cummins.

Applied through on campus career fair. Interviewed in person on campus and again over the phone. Overall process was pretty easy although it did take several months from the first interview to receiving an offer.
