1st stage - online test centre consisted of 3 tests : numerical, pattern, behavioural. 2nd stage - phone interview 3rd stage - assessment centre After applying online and completing the aptitude test the wait for phone interview was a few months so don't be disheartened. Progress was fast after that.

friendly and relaxed, had an informal one with a recruiter first and then one with the team I would join. normal interview questions that you can expect from any initial screening. interview with team was chill and relaxed too, it was more of a get to know

first you sent in you CV and cover letter which was read by a member of the hiring team. then there was a pre screening call and if you passed this you had an interview with the HR manager.

Entretien
I was invited to do an online interview for the placement role. Unfortunately I did not get the role because I didn't have all the skills that the company were looking for. My advice is to gain as many skills from work experience or volunteering as possible to be able to respond confidently to different scenarios they give.
