I was contacted by email that I would get an interview scheduled in the coming days. This was sent on 8/20/21. Time went by and I was told that they were busy and working on it. After two emails and finally on 9/9/21 ish HR sends me an email stating that they hire a person. Say what! I have never heard of such a thing where a company reaches out to me and then bails on the interview and then ...........Oh you did not meet our qualifications. Companies are whining that they can't get help/good help and I believe people are tired of companies not being professional. The current state of companies mindset are so one sided and confused on what they want. I ask you to please respect your candidate's the next time you contact them for an interview please actually follow through.

Entretien
The interview went great. It was a panel interview with the hiring manager and two project managers. There were behavioral and role-specific questions . Answers had to follow the STAR method.

Entretien
More intense than expected, was very detailed and process driven, focused on situational scenarios more than behavioural assessments. Couple of interviews with the hiring manager and director and then a final interview with another director.
