Phone Interview. Was asked basic personality questions and history about Cummins. Was asked descibe a time where there was a conflict of interest for an org. or work and how you overcame it. History of Cummins? Hobbies? How best you can contribute as an intern? Difficult expereonce you faced, how did you overcome it?
Basic questions about yourself. Straightforward and stressless. Had my cv checked and asked questions about it and also diversity and working in a team. Overall experience is really nice and calm
The company came through Campus and had an online assessment
Then shortlisted students based on that
Then 1 technical in person interview in our college and then same day they told the selected students
