The interview started with standard behavioral based questions. After that it was more informal questions getting to know me as a person and what my interests were. They will ask you about weaknesses, group project challenges you faced, and even somewhat about your moral values that can relate to Cummins core values. Know them.

It started with a team interview with a mix of HR and technical questions. This was followed by a tour of the facility and its capabilities. It ended up taking about half of the day.
