This was a phone interview. They were very nice and accommodating. Over all it was a good experience. I should have prepped more for it. They have two phone interviews, one focused on your personal character and one on your job skills.

I applied through a diverse convention. The first interview was behavioral, 4 days later I had the second interview which was functional. About a week and a half later, I was offered the position.
