I had a first round interview at school and invited for the second round interview in Cummins. I think first round interview was tougher than second round. I had an hour interview in second round interview with two managers. Most questions are behavior questions.

Basic questions about yourself. Straightforward and stressless. Had my cv checked and asked questions about it and also diversity and working in a team. Overall experience is really nice and calm
The company came through Campus and had an online assessment
Then shortlisted students based on that
Then 1 technical in person interview in our college and then same day they told the selected students

The interview process was well-organized and professional. It began with a detailed introduction about the company, followed by a technical round to assess skills. The panel was friendly and asked relevant questions.
