Recruiter shortlisted my profile and called me over phone in order to understand my experience. He then forwarded my Resume to company and after a week I received a call from recruiter for appearing Face to Face round in Gurgaon . I visited on Saturday where diffrent experience candidates were available for different position. I got my number in 30 mins and it was 2 round interview technically and one last was HR round.

Typical application process followed by interview and site tour.
Overall process was efficient with a good discussion on the role and expectations. One representative from HR and two reps from the department. Questions focused on background and experience relevance to role.

2 interviews all online. 5-6 interviewers asking questions. Each one will base an option on you. Then they from a consensus overall. To avoid any profiling style problems. All different sorts of interviewers for engineering.
