What I disliked was that the HR never ave any prompt feedback.
The interview process took 3 months, no alternate contact given.
Company must have be prompt in giving feedback or response.

There was an initial CV screening followed by a technical interview and coding, and then an HR round was conducted for the offer. The technical interview lasts around 1 and a half hour.

- Entretien avec RH : très sympathique, conversation fluide
- Entretien avec opérationnel : l'interlocuteur n'avait pas l'air très emballé par ce que je disais, mais je crois qu'il se forçait et que ça faisait parti du test
- QCM d'anglais : pas de difficulté particulière
- rédaction manuscrite d'une lettre de motivation : pas de difficulté particulière

Interview process was well set out but took exceptionally longer time for documentation. There was duplication in documentation process, one before getting offer and one at the time of joining.
