Following a successful interview process with Capgemini, including technical and initial HR rounds, I was informed my experience level was a potential barrier. Subsequently, I was contacted by HR and offered a position, submitting all required documentation. However, I have not received any communication regarding the next steps in the past three weeks and would appreciate an update on the status of my application.

The interview process was very smooth and they had conducted two round of interviews and but their onboarding process is very very slow but by luck my recruiter supported me very well throught out the whole onboarding process
