Good, intially there was L1 and L2 which are technical and finally there was HR_round which is conducted. Got selected and on-boarded for a very good package and the interviewer is friendly as well
Capgemini begins with a verbal assessment and English communication test to evaluate candidates’ communication skills and clarity of expression. This is followed by a technical assessment, which not only tests analytical abilities, problem-solving skills, and familiarity with relevant tools but also includes a gamified assessment designed to evaluate cognitive abilities and logical thinking in an interactive format. Candidates then undergo an interview conducted via Superset, where their technical knowledge, data handling, and scenario-based problem-solving are assessed in detail. Finally, a screening round is conducted to review overall suitability and fit for the role before extending an offer.
