I interviewed at Capgemini in july last week which lasted till Aug24 after getting selected in L1 round doing all document verification i had to contact hr and document verification guy for process update 10+mails and 50+ call with hr, HR reverted back Expected salary is to high Management has reject the offer we can offer around 12, and i was having offer of 12+ already yet HR wanted me to join for 12lakh
Experience - 5.6, Before Interview CTC- 9, last increment 3lakhs and Capgemini was expecting me to join in 12lakh
ExpectedCTC was - 14.5 - 15
very bad experienc, before conducting interview will be friendly and nice after interview is done, they don't have anything to do with you[all they wanted to increase there numbers how much interview he/she conducted]
