Invited to interview at HQ in Holborn. Interview was relaxed and felt at ease with the interviewer who was clearly strong in his field. Received a good introduction into how the company structured their Solution Architect practice. Got a good feel of the culture which felt relaxed without compromising professionalism. Second interview was less structured and there was not a clear indication about where I might fit in the organisation. An offer was expected but never materialised despite subsequent conversations with the original interviewer.

I participated in three interviews: First interview with RH person, second interview with the manager (owner position), and third with the technical lead, but I didn't receive any feedback. I sent message to RH and it was not answered.

Three stages, HR verification call that was about 30 minutes + long technical and behavioural validation - lots of technical, conceptual questions related to the position (2hrs) + presentation that I needed to prepare and present (1hr). Took a lot of time in between the stages. Overall the staff was friendly.

Very streamlined process and even they are willing to adjust your start date as needed. Start from the interview process to first day they are well organized , very open and friendly
